To apply for OR renew membership in DCALS, please choose one of the options below.

 

Apply for OR renew membership On-Line:

Apply and pay on-line with secure credit card payment through PayPal (you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card). Fill out the application (see link below), including choosing the type of membership you are applying for or renewing. You MUST click the "Submit by Email" button or your application will not be processed. Then click "ADD TO CART" directly opposite the type of membership you have chosen to make your secure credit card payment through PayPal.

 

Apply for OR renew membership By Mail:

If you prefer to apply through the mail simply fill out the application (see link below), choose the type of membership that you are applying for or renewing, click the "Print Form" button and then mail the completed form with you payment to the address listed on the bottom of the application.

If you are a current member, a renewal form will be mailed to you before your current membership expires. If you do not receive a renewal, please E-Mail the DCALS Secretary.
