What is the "Controlling call" in the following portion of a metes and bounds description?

"...thence N 80 degrees 20 minutes E a distance of 800.28 ft to a 12-in. oak tree blazed on the south side, thence..."

A)  N 80 degrees 20 minutes E.

B)  800.28 ft.

C) the tree oak.

D) both (A) and (B) above.

What is a Random Error?

A)  Errors that can be discovered and corrected (tape corrections, instrument adjustments, ect.)

B)  Usually large errors that need to be avoided by careful procedures (sloppy instrument work, transpostion, ect.)

C)  Usually small errors that cannot be readily detected and corrected.

D)  Error you do from time to time because you have another life out side of work (forgot the data collector, used the wrong BS, ect.)

Are Tax Lots and Parcels recorded?

A)  Yes

B)  No

The answer is yes, but not buildable lots. DCSO concider A&T and Parcel Lots in different views but both are not LOT OF RECORD.

Therefore- they are recorded in Recorder of Deeds Office but not lots of Record.
